If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your horse's scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service. Also, if you are redeeming a gift certificate and do not call or do not show up for your appointed time, the gift certificate will become void. If you arrive late, you will be able to receive the remaining time appointed to you, though you will be charged full price. In return, I will make sure I am on time, and if for some reason I am not, I will give you the time back or adjust the price of the session.
New clients will be required to fill out informational paperwork. This paperwork is important, and helps me to better serve you and your horse(s) better.
Unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life and, having two children, I can certainly understand. If possible though, please give a 24 hour notice if you intend to cancel or reschedule your horse's session. If there are any health or safety issues present at the time of your horse's scheduled session that might make massage/bodywork a bad idea, including injury or sickness, please contact me before the appointed time of the session. Also, please notify me if you need to reschedule due to poor weather conditions as can often happen here in the mountains during the winter.
